Access: From Kashiwa Station East Exit turn right. Walk towards Starbucks and enter the building through the door on the right. Go straight to the escalator on the left-hand side. Take the escalator up one floor, walk past “Shop In” and find the Kashiwa Information Center on the left.
From Kashiwa Station South Exit turn left. Enter the building to the right and take the stairs up. Find the Kashiwa Information Center on the third floor.
